We process all orders within 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email tracy@tracymarie.art and we'll take a look!

All orders are double boxed and shipped via Priority Mail which includes insurance up to $50.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. If there is an unfortunate situation where items are broken in shipping, Please take care to document the condition of the piece and the box so we may submit a claim with the shipping service. You will receive store credit that will not expire to be used on your next ceramic purchase from Tracy Mare Ceramics
